Personality
A dour individual with single-minded dedication to the preservation of fungal life forms. Like the mushrooms that grow within them, Agaric thrives on social connections and abhors spending a single moment alone. They are typically quiet in company, content to listen and enjoy the presence of others, but has no qualms in voicing their opinion. Indeed, Agaric can be animated and vociferous when they have strong feelings about a subject. Agaric's outlook on life is largely pessimistic. They're known for long stretches of melancholy, wherein they wax poetic about the death of the universe and all things within it. They have a fascination with death and decay and believe strongly in a form of reincarnation.Once Agaric has an idea in mind, they are tenacious about seeing it through. Their single-minded devotion to a cause can be overwhelming for many, but one thing can be said of them for certain: If they've given their word something will be done, Agaric will finish it! When they champion a cause, they are wholeheartedly and utterly devoted to it.
Abilities
GORE MAGICAs Agaric's gore largely consists of mushrooms, their magic is particular to fungus.
Agaric can increase or decrease the growth-rate of any fungus present (although they can't summon mushrooms out of nowhere, there must be something present for them to work with). Where possible, they enjoy leaving trails of mushroom or lichen behind them as they walk.
Agaric can use mushrooms to "see" with. They're able to communicate with fungal networks to determine if something has passed by via pressure and damage to fungal networks, temperature and weather in the area, and similar easily-communicated concepts.
